Cancellation policy

BoxUnboxed — Purchase Options & Deposit Cancellation Policy

All reservations and made-to-order purchases on BoxUnboxed are subject to the following payment terms: orders under $200 require full payment at the time of reservation; orders $200 and above require a 50% production deposit at checkout. Once payment is received, raw material procurement and custom factory production begin immediately and are strictly non-refundable.

Production deposits are strictly non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment and will be collected automatically or invoiced separately depending on your selected payment method.

By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that your order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has commenced. For questions, contact hello@getboxunboxed.com.
